Solbian was born, as often happens, from a bet. The idea is simple, to create flexible photovoltaic modules but always using the fragile monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (the most efficient excluding the very expensive space products) and fight the shadows.
Solbian then grew, consolidating industrial resources and individual skills around the initial idea and carrying forward the technological development of both the new type of photovoltaic module and the control electronics, offering its products not only to racing yachts and indeed , not only to boating in general, but finding hundreds of applications in the most disparate fields. From the obvious use on campers and caravans to alpine refuges, from tents to emergency installations, from the most futuristic architectural applications to solar cars for competition or not, from charging stations for electric bikes to solar chargers for phones and tablets.
